The University of California Cooperative Extension, Community Nutrition and Health Programs link research-based education with life experiences to help individuals with limited resources improve their lives, their families, and their communities. Our Community Nutrition and Health Programs develop and implement community-based educational outreach that addresses critical needs of the county's diverse multicultural communities.
